These terms apply to iqShell Mac, made by SmartData IQ (“we”). By installing or using iqShell Mac you agree to them.

The free app and Pro

You may use the free features of iqShell Mac without charge for personal and commercial work. Pro features are available for a 14-day trial and afterwards with a paid license key.

Your license

• A Pro license is personal to the buyer. You may use it on any Mac that you personally use.
• Do not share, resell or publish your license key.
• You may not remove or bypass the licensing checks, or copy, resell or redistribute the app.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Your responsibility

iqShell Mac runs commands on your Mac and on servers you choose. You are responsible for the commands you run and the systems you connect to. The production checks and secret masking are safety aids that reduce mistakes, not guarantees. They cannot catch every risky command or every secret.

No warranty

iqShell Mac is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, downtime, cloud costs or other damages that result from using it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for iqShell Mac.

Third-party services

iqShell Mac works with services such as AWS, Jira, Anthropic and OpenAI. Your use of them is covered by their own terms and prices, and they are not our responsibility.
