Where do I enter my key? Settings, then the License tab. Paste the whole key and click Activate.

I lost my key. Email us from the address you bought with and we will send it again.

My trial ended and I want to keep my AWS profiles. They are not deleted. They open again as soon as Pro is active.

Using iqShell Mac

Where are my saved passwords? In the macOS Keychain, under items labelled iqShell. They are not in any file.

Why does macOS ask about the Keychain after an update? A new version is a new binary. Choose Always Allow once and it stops asking.

How do I remove iqShell Mac? Drag it from Applications to the Trash. Your profiles live in ~/Library/Application Support/iqShell and can be deleted too.

Does iqShell Mac send my data anywhere? See the privacy policy. Short version: no analytics, and AI requests go only to the provider you chose.
