How do I get my license?
After you pay, we email you a license key. In iqShell Mac, open Settings, choose License, paste the key and click Activate. It works offline, so there is nothing to sign in to.
What happens when the trial ends?
The terminal, SSH profiles and the AI assistant keep working. Pro tools show a short prompt instead. Your AWS profiles stay saved and work again as soon as you activate a key.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once. Pro includes all updates while iqShell Mac is on version 1.
How many Macs can I use it on?
Use your key on any Mac that you personally use.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you.
Where does my AI data go?
Only to the AI provider you set up, and only when you ask a question. Common secrets are masked first. With a local model through Ollama, nothing leaves your Mac.
